An endorsement from the Institute of Mechanical Engineers
| "The Institution of Mechanical Engineers endorses the work of the Royal Engineers Museum, Library and Archive in raising young people's interest in engineering. Engineers underpin our modern way of life and are vital to our health, wealth and security. They will play a critical role in solving the challenges we face as a society - so helping to build a sustainable future. The new 14-19 Engineering Diploma offers a great opportunity for young people to investigate the challenges and opportunities offered by engineering careers and the Institution would encourage schools and colleges to use the facilities of the Royal Engineers Museum which can help to enhance their students' learning experience." |
